Welcome to KSK Japan Store (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this store and website, including related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Services. By visiting or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  • You may be asked to provide accurate, current and complete contact, billing, payment and shipping information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline at our discretion. Payment must be authorized and processed before acceptance.
  • Once accepted, cancellations may not be possible. We will notify you if changes are required.

  • Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties and import charges.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer to the carrier.
  • Customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Refused/undeliverable parcels may incur return costs.

All content and materials on the Services are owned by KSK Japan Store, its affiliates or licensors, and protected by applicable laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No licenses are granted except as expressly stated. KSK Japan Store, Shopify and other names/logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

Access to third-party tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. New features may be introduced and will be governed by these Terms.

The Services may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Review third-party terms before engaging in any transaction.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify. We are powered by Shopify, which enables the Services. Sales are made directly between you and KSK Japan Store. You acknowledge Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and us and you release Shopify from related claims.

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and to Shopify’s privacy practices. By using the Services, you acknowledge these policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we, Shopify and partners process data.

If you submit ideas, reviews or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use and display such Feedback. You represent you have necessary rights and your Feedback complies with these Terms.

We may correct errors or update information (including after an order is submitted) without prior notice where permitted by law.

  • Unlawful, infringing, harmful, misleading or abusive activity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KSK Japan Store, Shopify and their affiliates from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms and posted policies constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign without notice as permitted by law.

Section 21 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court for disputes arising from or relating to the Services.

Section 22 – Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here and, where required, providing notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
