Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations (Key points):
- Due to the nature of the products, returns or exchanges for customer convenience
  are generally not accepted.
- For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery at
  info@kskjapan-store.com. Returns without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
- Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange
  (indicated on the product page and/or at checkout).
- For international shipments, refused or unclaimed packages may be non-refundable,
  as items often become unsellable.
- After we receive and inspect the return, if approved, a refund will be issued to your
  original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require
  additional time to post the refund.
- Because most items are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are usually unavailable; please place
  a new order after your return is approved.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal:
- Orders shipped to the EU may be eligible for a statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
  Items must be returned in the original condition as above. Exempt goods under the law
  (e.g., clearly personalized items) and items clearly marked “Final Sale” are excluded.
