Return & Refund Policy
Return window
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. A return authorization is required. Please email info@kskjapan-store.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the issue before sending anything back.
Eligibility
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, with all inserts/accessories, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Who arranges return shipping
For standard returns, the buyer arranges and pays for trackable return shipping. Original shipping fees, customs, and duties are non-refundable.
If we shipped the wrong item or there is a significant defect, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after review.
Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be indicated on the product page and/or at checkout.
How to start a return
After your return is approved by email, we will provide the return address in Japan and packing/shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Because most products are one-of-a-kind, direct exchanges are usually not available. Please place a new order after your return is approved and processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed after our approval, please contact info@kskjapan-store.com.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition as above. This statutory right does not apply to goods exempted by law (e.g., clearly personalized items) or to items clearly marked Final Sale where permitted
