Origin & Processing

  • Orders ship from Tokyo, Japan.
  • Processing time: typically 1–5 business days (Mon–Fri, JST). Peak seasons/holidays may take longer.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and method.

Methods & Estimated Transit Times

We primarily ship via Japan Post ePacket and Yamato Transport (International TA-Q-BIN). Delivery times below are estimates and exclude processing and customs:

  • Asia: ~5–15 business days
  • United States: ~4–7 business days
  • Canada / United Kingdom / Europe / Oceania / South America: ~5–15 business days

Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, weather, remote areas, or carrier backlogs.

International tracked shipping (from Tokyo, Japan)

  • Asia: $10 (Japan Post e-Packet)
  • USA: $27 (Yamato International Courier)
  • UK & Europe & Oceania: $12 (Japan Post e-Packet)
  • South America: $13 (Japan Post e-Packet)

Rates shown in USD. Final charges are confirmed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and exclude processing and customs.

Tracking & Insurance

  • All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking link when your order ships.
  • Signature may be required for higher-value orders at our discretion.
  • We may consolidate multiple items into one parcel when practical.
Taxes, Duties & Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage or handling fees charged by your customs or carrier. These are paid by the recipient and are not refundable by us. Please check local regulations before ordering.

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please enter a complete and accurate address. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Refused or undeliverable parcels (incl. unpaid duties) may be returned or destroyed by the carrier. Shipping and return costs are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply.
  • P.O. boxes or military addresses may require Japan Post service; courier delivery may be unavailable.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Preorders & Split Shipments

  • Preorder/backorder items ship when available. Your order may ship in parts at our discretion with no extra handling fees.
  • Shipping methods and timelines may differ depending on the size, weight, and category of the product (e.g., photos, DVDs, goods).

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, or if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • We will open a carrier investigation and assist case-by-case. Replacement may not be available for unique or limited items; in such cases, a refund may be offered if the claim is approved.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy: 14-day window, buyer arranges trackable return shipping, and items clearly marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
